How to use our Automated Attendant Service on 0121 308 3003 After our Automated Attendant answers with the initial greeting, you will be asked to press 1 on your telephone keypad to confirm that you have a tone dialling telephone. You will then be put through to the Home Menu. In the unlikely event that you phone is not tone dialling, but pulse dialling you will be put through to our reception. Home Menu To enable us to deal with your call more effectively please select one of the following four options using your telephone keypad To speak to our sales department please press one. To speak to our service department please press two. To enquire upon the progress of a current repair please press three. To hear our opening hours, postal address or directions to our premises please press four. Option 1 This option puts you straight through to our sales department
Option 2 – Menu Please select one of the following three options using your telephone keypad: To book or amend a service call please press one If you are a Domestic & General customer and wish to book a service call please press two To discuss bringing your equipment into our workshop for repair please press three It would assist us if you have the make and model details from the back of your set, to hand when we speak to you.
Option 3 – Menu Please select one of the following two options using your telephone keypad: To check the progress of a current repair using our automated repair progress enquiry line service please press one If you have already checked our automated repair progress enquiry line and are not satisfied with the response or require further information please press two
Option 4 – Menu Please select one of the following four options using your telephone keypad: To hear the range of goods and services that we offer please press one To hear our full postal address please press two To hear our opening hours please press three To hear directions to our showroom and workshop please press four Option 8 This option directs your call straight through to our facsimile machine to enable you to send us a fax, if you so wish. Option * Pressing the star button will take you back to enable you to hear the previous menu.
We realise that this system may appear to be a little impersonal but it ensures that you speak to the best person who will be able to answer your call or enquiry in the most efficient manner. Please note that the Automatic Attendant service is only available during our normal business hours, at other times your call will automatically be forwarded to our A.R.P.E.L. Service.
